メッセージを入れようStudent of the Week:
Luke's birthday is August 26th. There are 4 people in his family. He describes himself as athletic, awesome, & respectful. Luke's favorites: color-green, food-steak, hobby-dirt bike riding, possession-his dirt bike, movie-The Blind Side, & his favorite memory-learning to ride his dirt bike that he got from his Grandad. If he had one wish, Luke would have an autograph from Michael Oher. If he could go on vacation anywhere, he would choose to go to Wahsington, D.C. Luke is most thankful for his family.
What's Going On:
Reading: In reading class next week, we will be learning and applying the UNRAAVEL strategy. This strategy will help students point out key words in order to answer questions in longer text.
Math: We will also be applying UNRAAVEL to word problems next week in class. We finished subtraction centers this week.
What's Going On continued...
Social Studies: Your child's social studies teacher is Mrs. Noe. Our class started going to social studies on Thursday of this week. Mrs. Noe introduced our class to the atlas.
Writing: There are no spelling words for next week, since it's a shorter week and we will be so busy on Pumpkin Day.
